Why do I allow myself…..

Why do I allow myself to be bullied and pushed around by my boss. I know more than this man does about the systems end of our operation. He constantly comes to me when he has problems or can’t figure something out. Yet when I try to take a break and check out my RSS feeds, he gets all over me about using the internet. I don’t leave my chair once I get here. I don’t take a smoke break every twenty minutes. In fact I don’t take a break at all usually. So why to I let this man get under my skin? Why does he have to humiliate me in front of our coworkers. He thinks it is funny to sit in his office and watch me out his window. Then once I do something that is not work related he calls my cell phone to bitch at me. I have a certain ringtone set up for him, so everyone knows that it is him calling me. It would be easier if he called me into his office, rather than make me sit on my phone and talk to him when he is ten feet away.
Does he think this is the best way to handle it? Does he realize that it makes me look foolish and him look like an ass? I just know that he finds it very amusing and that it drives me insane. It just makes me stress out. I feel that I can’t do anything on the internet. Worst part is, a lot of my internet usage is research for my job. Unlike his internet usage, which I get a report of every day, of going to this website or that, which have nothing to do with work but everything to do with his hobby outside of work. I just don’t see where it is equitable. I am the one who takes all the phone calls at home. In fact if they call him he has them call me. Now I need to watch what I do here? I feel like I’m walking on eggshells because he makes it clear that he need to get rid of people. He obviously feels that I am replaceable, because I think he is trying to get me to quit. He talks about making the people who don’t produce miserable so they will quit. Is he trying to do that to me as well? I just feel that there is a double standard here, and I really don’t know if I will be able to take this idiots crap for long.
